If you are getting an incorrect credentials error or are not able to get past the password input page then the system is picking up an issue on matching your credentials.

We often get residents saying the famous line : "I have put it in right, YOUR system is wrong!"
​
The hard truth here is that the system is a super computer created for this purpose, so its unlikely to make a mistake or forget the details of your login information. The best method of "starting fresh" would be to reset your credentials on the platform.

To do this go to the password page in the app and press on the Forgot Password link there.
